"Harold is the owner AND the inspector. This means when you call you get not only the person who will care the most to insure you're well taken care of, he's also the one that comes out and performs each inspection. He doesn't work off of recommendations of agents. You find him by merit. He inspected our home and I walked through everything with him (other than the roof). He pointed out many things that I hadn't seen and tested things I didn't even think of, and I have been in and around construction most of my life. Best part, is that you get all of the above at a VERY REASONABLE and against the other companies I called he was the cheapest. No quality missing for the cost. He just has lower overhead and passes that savings to each customer. Thanks Harold!"

" Finding a good Home Inspector can be quite a challenge. I searched the internet meticulously and called at least 6 potentials. In talking with them I felt that I was "at their mercy", for it was obvious that they were taking advantage of an "in demand" need.

I searched on. I found The Home Inspector LLC. The minute I heard Harold's voice I felt at ease. He answered ALL of my questions, and his fee was very affordable. The Seller and his agent as well as my agent and myself were 100% satisfied with him. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very thorough and respectful in carrying out his inspection. His report was in my email by the evening as he had promised.

I would most definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a really great, affordable home inspector. He was without a doubt the right choice!"
